Lots of spectacular CGI air combat, which made me think "oh shit, it's Pearl Harbor, this is going to be SO boring". But actually... the combat scenes look really, really good. Possibly good enough to allow one to suspend their disbelief, in the way The Lord of the Rings did.
Not good enough to allow one to suspend a sense of disbelief is Lena Headey's appallingly clichéd French accent. Uh-oh, I smell a war drama with a ridiculously stupid romantic angle - shades of Pearl Harbor again.
But I could be wrong, I haven't seen it. I have, however, seen Pearl Harbor. It's shit.
